Rachael O'Neill Associate Director (Planning)
Rachael joined Ratio as an Associate Director (Planning) in February 2011.
Rachael has spent the past several years as an Associate in private consultancy where she worked on a number of projects including commercial, education and residential developments and planning scheme amendments.
Prior to this Rachael worked in both the public and private sectors on a variety of projects.
Rachael's skills cover advocacy in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, statutory and strategic planning and providing concise advice as part of due diligence.
