We offer the most practical and economical design solutions which consider spatial requirements for waste equipment and devices, access and the necessary amenities in support of such facilities. Our use of AutoCAD enables us to provide design advice and accurate bin room layouts. Our design advice ensures that sufficient circulation has been provided so that all bins and waste management equipment can be easily accessed and manoeuvred with minimal handling of other equipment.

Waste Management Plans

Our team waste management plans for Town Planning Submissions and Planning Permit Endorsement. We've developed a sound working relationship with Council waste services departments across Victoria, which ensures that our waste management plans include the most recent standards and addresses Council’s specific waste requirements.

Equipment Specifications and Requirements

We provide our clients with recommendations and spatial advice for a range of waste management solutions, including chute (dual and single plus diverter), carousel and compactor systems to cater for all waste streams, and regularly liaise with suppliers to ensure that the most up-to-date specifications and spatial requirements are provided.

Swept Path Assessment

We prepare our own waste truck swept path assessments to accompany Waste Management Plans. This unique offering sets us apart from our competitors, as it allows our waste management team to provide holistic design advice in all facets of the waste management strategy, in particular to ensure appropriate vehicular access and circulation has been provided for the nominated waste vehicle.

Waste Minimisation and Diversion

We provide strategies for new developments that minimise landfill and maximise the recyclability of the various recycling streams. We have an in-depth understanding of the systems available for on-site management, processing and re-use of food organics (such as worm farms, bokashi bins and conventional composting systems), and we understand the importance of the separation of recyclables into distinct streams at the source to reduce contamination rates and damage to recyclables.
