Expert evidence

David Crowder, Colleen Peterson and William Bromhead each have extensive experience in Urban Planning and have presented expert evidence for a range of planning projects before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and at Planning Panels.

The Urban Planning Team has extensive experience in liquor licencing matters, appearing both before VCAT and Consumer Affairs Victoria Appeals (liquor) in a range of liquor related matters.

Building permit dispensations

Ratio has extensive experience in the preparation and lodgement of building dispensations, particularly those that involve issues of neighbourhood character.  With significant experience before the Victorian Building Commission, Ratio has assisted many clients in obtaining dispensations to the Building Regulations.
