We would like to welcome the following new staff members . . .
Rachael O'Neill - Associate Director (Planning)
Rachael joined Ratio as an Associate Director (Planning) in February 2011. Rachael has spent the past several years as an Associate in private consultancy whre she worked on a number of projects including commercial, education and residential developments and planning scheme amendments.
Prior to this Rachael worked in both the public and private sectors on a variety of projects.
Rachael's skills cover advocacy in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, statutory and strategic planning and providing concise advice as part of due diligence.

Blair Mather - Statutory Planner
Blair joined Ratio as a Statutory Planner in January 2011. Blair has spent the previous 18 months as a planner in private consultancy working on a variety of statutory and strategic planning projects.
His experience includes the preparation of major planning applications, planning scheme amendments, development framework plans and written evidence for VCAT.
Prior to this Blair worked in London for 2 years and he commenced his career in New Zealand in 2001 with a variety of planning roles.
Blair completed a Bachelor of Science (Land Planning & Development and Geography) for the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand in 2000.
