Ratio is delighted to announce that Urban Designer and Town Planner Maryam Alizadeh has joined us as a Senior Associate.
With over 17 years’ experience in urban design and planning, Maryam is a specialist land development expert in growth area subdivision design and master planning and her layouts skilfully balance the need to maximise yield, yet still achieve high quality planning and design outcomes.
In addition to her urban design and planning skills, Maryam understands the practical challenges of meeting civil engineering and road layout requirements ensuring a master planned product that holistically considers all relevant issues including the intricacies of implementation.
Maryam has a strong understanding of Victorian Planning Scheme and Precinct Structure Plan requirements. She has been involved in a variety of Greenfield development projects in Melbourne and Geelong for developers such as Stockland, ID land, Villawood Properties, ISPT, National Pacific, Adept Development, Brown Property Group, Henley Homes, Hallmarc and Resimax Group.
Most recently Maryam was involved with the master planning of several residential communities in the new Western and Northern Growth Corridor in Greater Geelong.
Maryam is regularly asked to prepare upfront feasibility yield analysis for growth area developers and has a strong reputation for achieving results.
Ratio is excited that the addition of Maryam’s subdivision and land development talents to the urban design and planning teams adds another bow to the firm’s professional services offering.
