Robbie joined Ratio Consultants in 2007 as a Senior Planner. Prior to joining Ratio, Robbie gained aproximately four and a half years experience in the public sector as he worked in a senior level position at local government in metropolitan Melbourne. Robbie has developed a broad knowledge on a variety of statutory planning matters and has experience in undertaking a range of complex permit applications.
Travis Finlayson

Travis joined Ratio Consultants in October 2009 with over 5 years experience working in private consultancy on a diverse range of statutory and strategic planning projects in Victoria. Travis is experienced in managing planning applications, providing professional advice and regularly appears as an advocate before VCAT for private clients and local government.
Dora Choi
BSc. (Auck) P.G.Dip Planning & Design (Urban Planning) (Melb)
Dora Choi is an Associate Director in the Traffic & Transport Team at Ratio Consultants. Dora has many years of experience as a Traffic engineer and Traffic Planner, working on a range of projects in both the private and public sectors. Dora's work at the City of Melbourne and City of Port Phillip included investigaiting traffic, transport and parking issues raised by the community and Traffic Management & Event Operations arrangements for on-road events. Dora has a vast array of knowledge in the field of Traffic Management and has become an invaluable member of the Ratio team.
Rachael O'Neill
B.Sc. (Planning) (RMIT)
Rachael joined Ratio as an Associate Director (Planning) in February 2011. Rachael has spent the past several years as an Associate in private consultancy where she worked on a number of projects including commercial, education and residential developments and planning scheme amendments. Prior to this Rachael worked in both the public and private sectors on a variety of projects. Rachael's skills cover advocacy in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, statutory and strategic planning and providing concise advice as part of due diligence.
Melissa Merrick
B.Eng. (Hons) (Monash) B. Comm. (Monash) Master of Traffic Engineering, (Monash)
Melissa Merrick is an Associate Director in the Traffic Engineering and Sustainable Transport Planning Team at Ratio Consultants. Melissa regularly liaises with VicRoads and Local Councils with matters relating to Traffic and Transport both for functional planning and schematic design. She has substantial experience and expertise in traffic and transport, particularly in the traffic impact assessment of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional development proposals. Melissa is also a VicRoads accredited Road Safety Auditor. Melissa prides herself in her commitment providing the highest level of service and professionalism to her clients.
Tina Webb
B.Eng. Civil (Monash)
Tina Webb is an Associate Director in the Traffic Engineering and Sustainable Transport Planning Team at Ratio Consultants. Tina has over twelve years experience in private consultancy and understands the needs of a broad client base. She has particular expertise in the health and aged cared sector and regularly provides advice to government agencies and private developers. Tina also applies her analytical and reporting skills to a range of broader strategic transport studies.
