William Bromhead

B.App Sci (Planning) (RMIT)

William Bromhead is an Associate Director in the Urban Planning Team at Ratio Consultants.  William has approximately fifteen years experience, working on a range of strategic and statutory planning projects.  Formerly a member of Panels Victoria and having held senior planning positions in consultancy, he provides professional advice to the firm's clients across a wide range of projects, and has extensive experience in providing project management services and expert evidence before VCAT.

 

Sam D'Amico

BA (Urban and Regional Planning) (VUT)

Sam is a town planner with over eight years experience working in both local government and private consultancy.  Sam provides a high level of advice to clients on the use and development of land in Victoria.  With his expert knowledge of the planning system and policies, Sam manages applications to obtain optimal results for clients.  Sam also appears regularly as an advocate at VCAT on applications ranging from residential developments to multi-level commercial and mixed use proposals.

 

Melissa Merrick

B.Eng. (Hons) (Monash) B. Comm. (Monash) Master of Traffic Engineering, (Monash)

Melissa Merrick is an Associate Director in the Traffic Engineering and Sustainable Transport Planning Team at Ratio Consultants.  Melissa regularly liaises with VicRoads and Local Councils with matters relating to Traffic and Transport both for functional planning and schematic design.  She has substantial experience and expertise in traffic and transport, particularly in the traffic impact assessment of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional development proposals.  Melissa is also a VicRoads accredited Road Safety Auditor.  Melissa prides herself in her commitment providing the highest level of service and professionalism to her clients.

 

Tina Webb

B.Eng. Civil (Monash)

Tina Webb is an Associate Director in the Traffic Engineering and Sustainable Transport Planning Team at Ratio Consultants.  Tina has over twelve years experience in private consultancy and understands the needs of a broad client base.  She has particular expertise in the health and aged cared sector and regularly provides advice to government agencies and private developers.  Tina also applies her analytical and reporting skills to a range of broader strategic transport studies.
